DMCA Policy

Paralives Vault respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how to report content that you believe infringes your copyright, and how we respond to such reports.

1. Reporting alleged infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content on paralivesvault.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to contact@paralivesvault.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. Your notice should include:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• identification of the material that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, the URL of the mod page);
• your contact information (name, address, email, and phone if available);
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

2. Our response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted it. We may also suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

3. Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to contact@paralivesvault.com including: your signature; identification of the removed material and its previous location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your contact information together with your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts. We may restore the material if the requirements are met and we do not receive notice of legal action.

4. Repeat infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
