Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Paralives Vault (paralivesvault.com, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

Paralives Vault is an independent, community-run hub for mods and custom content for the game Paralives. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Paralives Studio. “Paralives” and related marks belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Site, and you must meet the minimum age required by the laws of your country. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity that occurs under your account. You may close your account at any time.

3. User content

“User content” means anything you upload or submit, including mods, files, images, descriptions, comments and ratings. You retain ownership of your User content. By submitting it, you grant Paralives Vault a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, distribute and promote that content on and through the Site for the purpose of operating the service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to the User content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload content that is illegal, malicious (including malware), infringing, deceptive, hateful, or otherwise harmful;
• upload mods or files that you do not have permission to distribute;
• attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• scrape or harvest data except as expressly permitted;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. Intellectual property and takedowns

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, please follow the process in our DMCA Policy. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Downloads and third-party content

Mods are created by community members. We do not guarantee that any mod is safe, compatible, error-free, or suitable for your setup. You download and install mods at your own risk and should keep backups of your game. Always review installation guidance before use.

7. Advertising

The Site is supported by advertising, including ads served by third parties such as Google. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paralives Vault and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.

10. Changes and termination

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be reflected by the “Last updated” date below. We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
